When should I book the clean?
Ideally after your furniture and boxes are out and before the checkout inspection. If the two are close together, tell us the dates when you get your quote and we will work around them.
Is the oven included?
Yes. An end of tenancy clean without the oven is not really an end of tenancy clean. Oven, hob, extractor and the insides of appliances are part of it.
What if the agent flags something about the cleaning?
Get in touch straight away. If a cleaning item is raised shortly after our visit, tell us what was flagged and we will come back and put it right.
Does the property need to be empty?
Empty is easiest and gives the best result, but we clean furnished properties between tenancies too. Just say which it is when you ask for your quote.
