How regular visits work

Your first clean is usually a slightly longer one, so we can bring everything up to standard. After that, each visit keeps it there. Most customers settle on weekly or fortnightly, and some prefer every four weeks. There is no contract, so you can change the rhythm or pause whenever life needs you to.

You get the same cleaner every visit. That matters more than people expect. Nothing needs re-explaining, the little preferences get remembered, and someone who knows your home notices when something is not quite right.

How often should I book a cleaner?

Most homes in Luton do well on a fortnightly visit. Busy family homes, or homes with pets, usually feel the difference with weekly. If you are not sure, start fortnightly and adjust. There is no contract, so changing is easy.

Do I need to supply cleaning products?

Whatever suits you. Some customers like us to use their preferred products, others want it all taken care of. Tell us when you ask for your quote and we will set it up that way.

Can I skip a visit?

Of course. Holidays, visitors, life in general. Just let us know in advance and we will skip or move the visit. You are never charged for cleaning that did not happen.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most regular customers are at work while we clean. A key, a key safe, or a neighbour letting us in all work fine.
